The Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) will review your decision on the sponsorship or residence, but you must obtain leave after they have reviewed the documents.

During this stage of the process, you must demonstrate to the IAD that an error was committed in arriving at the decision or the decision was unfair or somehow unreasonable. When leave is obtained, an applicant can now appear before the IAD to explain in the appeal hearing.
