International Entrepreneur Category
This type allows the province to nominate qualified foreign entrepreneurs who want to own and operate a business in Newfoundland and Labrador.
You will receive a temporary work permit to establish their business and meet the terms set out in the Business Performance Agreement. Once the terms are met, they can apply for permanent residency.
International Graduate Entrepreneur Category
This pathway is for international graduates from Memorial University or the College of North Atlantic. International Graduates must have a Post-Graduation Work Permit and have completed a 2-year study program.
You must have at least 1 year of business management and ownership experience and own 33.33% of the business.
