This stream is for international entrepreneurs and investors who want to establish or acquire a business in New Brunswick.

You must invest $250,000 in the company and own 30% of the voting stock. Moreover, you must be actively involved in business operations.

To apply through this stream, you must also make an exploratory visit to the province. If you are successful, you will be nominated by the province and invited to apply for permanent residency.
