According to the “Fifth State” (a Canadian Broadcasting Corporation investigative series), many international students have been victims of immigration fraud, and the students now face deportation because they have become inadmissible to Canada due to misrepresentation allegedly perpetuated by unscrupulous agents. The Government of Canada is currently investigating this crime.
