You have 30 days from the date of the decision, the day your application was rejected or refused, to file an appeal. If you miss the deadline, there is nothing you can do, and the decision is final.
Residency Obligation Appeals
You have 60 days to file an appeal, after which a member of the IAD will hold a hearing that could result in either:
Permanent Resident status restored.
If the appeal is dismissed, the appellant's status will be revoked, and if the appellant is in Canada, a removal order will be issued.
