Thank you for taking the first step towards your Canadian immigration journey with Asare Immigration Consulting Inc. I’m super excited to be able to assist you with your immigration matter and hope that we can work together to achieve your desired outcome.
You must first schedule a consultation with our office to ensure we have the necessary information for the intake process to ensure you receive accurate advice specific to your situation.
The Consultation fee is set at CA$160.00 for 30 minutes, CA$185.00 for 40 minutes and CA$200.00 for 60 minutes. This fee will apply to future professional fees if you retain our services within 10 business days after the session.
You will be asked to complete an intake form by answering a few questions about yourself and your situation, and the option to select the program you’re interested in. The form or bookings can be completed with your phone or computer.
You’ll also be required to provide a form of identification (Driver’s license, National ID or Passport) for verification and record keeping purposes. The consultation session will include evaluating your eligibility and answering eligibility and admissibility questions you may have.

IMMIGRATION CONSULTATION SESSION

It is your responsibility to properly identify yourself by presenting a valid government-issued photo identification at or before the consultation. Consultations are protected by privilege and must be kept strictly confidential. You will become a client of the firm if you formally retain the firm during or after the consultation.
Consultations can be held in-person, over the phone, or via video conference. Fees paid are only for booking and consultation, and do not include immigration advice or services.
We are unable to review documents or answer questions about how to complete immigration forms or applications during the consultation. Consultations typically last up to 60 minutes, but this can vary depending on the subject.
Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice prior to the consultation time.
